INTERPRETATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE IS REQUESTED because
A SPECIAL PERMIT UNDER THE ZONING ORDINANCE IS REQUESTED
Pursuant, to Article Section Subsection Paragraph
A VARIANCE TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE IS REQUESTED FOR THE REASON
(1) STRICT APPLICATION of the Ordinance would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP
because

alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use

Premises consist of a filed subdivision map lot known as
Lot No. 12, Block 2, Map of Beixedon Estates~ filed in the
Suffolk County Olerk's Office On March 16, 1946, as Map No. 1472.
Lot size is ?.~ feet by 290 feet. Dwelling house was erected
on this lot in August of 1958, and has been heldfor ~ sale
