Please be advised that some of the items listed below are still missing. Most importantly written authorization from the abutting neighbor allowing the part of the bulkhead to be rebuilt that is located on their property. Also there are some items on the site plans that are not listed in the project description (see below/i.e. some examples are but not limited to the bulkhead return, decking against bulkheading, new I/A system). Unfortunately, until these few items are.updated/submitted the application cannot be scheduled for a public hearing. If by chance you do have a letter from the neighbor you could email a copy to me and submit the original as soon as possible. The project description could be updated via an email, you do not have to fill out an application for the description revision. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter. 5*" e&cs irC& Senior Office Assistant Town of Southold Board of Trustees Office: 631-765-1892 Email: elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov From: Cantrell,Elizabeth Sent: Monday, November 23, 2020 10:46 AM To: 'Francesca Brennan'<FBrennan@amparchitect.com> Subject:Kristopher Pilles Trustee application Good Morning, The office briefly reviewed your application for SCTM#1000-111-1-16, Kristopher Pilles and at this time, the file is incomplete.
