Dear Mr. Krupnick:
In response to your letter dated May 16, 2022, along with photographs, the Board of
Trustees reviewed your request to remove three (3) trees which are diseased and
problematic and which trees are within 100' of the wetlands, as reviewed and seen by
Trustee Glenn Goldsmith.
The Board of Trustees determined that these three (3) trees may be removed at this
time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
