BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
NOTICE OF DISAPPROVAL - ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT
Date of Receipt of Application: May 17, 2022
Applicant: A&E Koehler LLC
SCTM#: 1000-53-4-5
Project Location: 1595 Bay Shore Road, Greenport
Date of Resolution/Issuance: June 15, 2022
Reviewed by: Liz Gillooly, Trustee
Project Description: Remove and replace a 5'x90' concrete side walk located
at eastern end of property.
Findings: The Board of Trustees DENIES the application as submitted. The
project does not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit
as set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. Concrete side walk
increases run-off into the wetlands and has an adverse environmental impact.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
