The inspection covered the basement, interior and exterior walls and the ceiling/roof. The inspection results are: 1 —Exterior Walls—Insulation provided and installed by Rocket Insulation LLC. Insulation provided rated as R-26. The insulation provided included closed cell spray foam and fiberglass batt. The insulation was done in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes. 2—Interior Walls—Insulation provided and installed by the Owner. Insulation provided rated as R-13. The insulation was installed to limit sound transmission and reduce interior air flow.
