Greenport,N.Y. filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map No.
156,said lot being more particularly bounded and described on Schedule"A"attached hereto and made a
part hereof.

Being and intended to be the same premises acquired by the grantor herein by the deed dated December
8, 1992 and recorded December 29, 1992 in Liber 11598 page 32. AGM Associates is a duly formed
partnership,for which a Business Certificate of Partners was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on December 29, 1992.
Said premises being known as 500 Broadwaters Road,Cutchogue, New York 11935

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and

L.I., N.Y. surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport,
N.Y.", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as
Map No. 156 said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Broadwaters Road where the division
line between Lots 183 and 184 on the above mentioned filed map intersects the northerly
side of Broadwaters Road, said point of beginning also being 469.02 feet westerly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Nassau Point Road with the
northerly side of Broadwaters Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Broadwaters Road, North 49 degrees 22
minutes 39 seconds West 107.21 feet to the division line between Lots 185 and 184 on
the above mentioned filed map;
