RE:proposal for landscape development
Patriot Contracting Corp. (PCC)is to provide all of the labor,equipment and materials needed to
complete the following scope of work,based on the April 15,2022 site meeting with the property
owner. All work is to be completed to a high level of craftsmanship and in accordance with
normal industry standard procedures. Any work or item not specifically listed in this proposal is
excluded from the contract. It is assumed that the owner will obtain all needed permits and
approvals prior to scheduling any work.
Site Preparations;
- coordinate they NY811 markout of all the publicly owned utilities on the property
- complete an additional private markout of any consumer owned utilities in the work areas
$200
Stormwater Drainage;
- supply and install thee(3)separate eight foot diameter by four foot deep(8'x4')precast
drywells with eight inch(8")extra thick load bearing,solid lids,wrapped in filter fabric
- each of the drywells will be plumbed to the two(2)nearest gutter locations with four inch
(4")SDR35 rigid pipe and stubbed above grade
- all penetrations to be sealed with hydraulic cement and drywells to be wrapped in filter
fabric,set a minimum of twelve inches(12")below grade in native sand and backfilled
with previously excavated materials only and left rough machine graded
- stockpile all excess soil in the work area,for use with final grading
$4,600.
Roadwater Upgrade;
- cost to add an additional four foot(4')deep ring and increase the effective depth of the
drywell in the front yard to be eight feet(8')total
- supply and install a twenty-four inch diameter by twenty-four inch deep(24"x24")
precast catch basin with a cast iron,load bearing grate drain,located near the street water
drain and plumb back to the drywell with a dedicated six inch(6")diameter SDR35 pipe
- grate elevation to be set approximately six inches(6")below the road so that the area can
be graded as to direct the surface water towards this new low point

Stump Removal;
- excavate around and fully grub approximately fifteen(15)different size stumps around
the property as to remove entirely with the root system
- load and cart a full dump truck load of debris to an authorized recycling facility

Driveway Demolition;

This project is a capital improvement and is not subject to NYS sales tax. A capital improvement form must be returned with the
signed contract and a seventy-five percent(75%)deposit.The final twenty-five percent(25%)balance will be due in full at the
completion of the project,as invoiced. Any change orders approved during the course of the job will be due in full at time of
approval. The final payment and any change orders will be due in full fifteen(15)days from the invoice date.All balances thirty(30)
days past due will be subject to an eighteen percent(18%)annual interest rate until paid in full. Balances ninety(90)days past due
will be subject to the legal collection process. All court costs,reasonable legal fees and any other associated expenses with the
collection of past due balances will be billed to your account. A fifty-dollar($50.00)processing fee will apply to each returned check.

As requested, I performed a blower door test for the dwelling at the above referenced property.
The blower door reading for the dwelling is 984.5 CFMso(2.75 ACH)which is less than the
required maximum leakage rate of 1,072 CFMsoa3.0 ACH.
As required by the 2020 NYSECCC, I am a RESNET Certified Home Energy Rater and am
qualified to provide performance testing of buildings.

Dear Mr.Jarski,
Thank you again for performing our final inspection at 1380 Sigsbee Road.
We've taken the last two weeks to address the blower door test and the dry wells.
I installed a door at the bottom of the cellar stairs as requested and we had the "Blower Door Test" performed by
John J Condon. Photos of the door and a letter from Mr. Condon are attached.
After consulting with my wife's landscape contacts we've decided to have precast dry wells properly installed for
our downspouts as well as a drain at the front of our lot to help us manage flooding onto our property from the
derelict storm drain on the road.The company we've consulted (quote attached) is booked until late May, so in the
meantime,we have dug temporary dry wells(Photos attached).
We are looking forward to moving into our home soon.
Please let me know if you require anything further from us to receive our Certificate of Occupancy.
