abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the

the second part forever.

thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as and by Plots Nos. 286, 287, 288
and 289 on a certain map entitled "MAP OF GOOSE BAY ESTATES" in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, said Map being made by Lewis N. Waters, L.S.,
of Oyster Bay L.I., New York, dated September 12, 1934 and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November, 1934, as and by the
Map No. 1176 (Abstract No. 1197).
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as were conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by Deed between James W. Kophen, as Trustee of the Jessie H.
Kophen Living Trust, u/a dated 1/7/2000 and Glenna J. Ryan, as Trustee of the
James W. Kophen Trust, u/I/w/t dated 11/16/06, recorded with the Clerk of Suffolk
