Being and intended to be the same premises as that conveyed to the parties of the first part by
deed dated July 9,2003 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on August 22,
2003,in LIBER 12268,PAGE 159.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first pan of,in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first pan in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied

316, Mineola, New York 11501.
2. That on the 93 day of April, 2022, I witnessed VASSILIKI PALEOS execute that
Bargain and Sale Deed (hereafter referred to as "Deed") transferring title to that real property
located at 3150 Lighthouse Road, Southold, NY 11971, from George K. Paleos and Vassiliki
Paleos, husband and wife, as Grantors, to George K. Paleos as Trustee under the "George K.
Paleos and Vassiliki Paleos Living Trust, dated April 13, 2022," as Grantee, and Affixed my
notary stamp thereto as a duly authorized Notary Public of the State of New York.
3. That VASSILIKI PALEOS executed said Deed by marking the signature line with an
"X"or other mark This is due to the fact that VASSILIKI PALEOS is afflicted with Parkinson's
disease which prevented her from signing her full name.
4. That at the time of said execution, VASSILIKI PALEOS fully understood the
document which she was signing and the ramifications regarding same.
5. I make this Affidavit in order that the said signature of VASSILIKI PALEOS in the
form of an "X" or other mark may be explained.
