BEGINNING at a point on the . line of ordinary high-water of bong
Island Sound, distant six hundred (600) feet easterly measured
along said high-water from land formerly owned by E.H. Dallett,
which beginning point adjoins land heretofore conveyed to Irma
McKay Jayne; running thence along the land of said Irma McKay
Jayne, south twenty (20) degrees and twenty (20) minutes east
five hundred and thirty-eight and ninety-five hundredths (538.95)
feet; thence north, fifty-five (55) degrees, seventeen (17) minutes
and twenty (20) seconds east two hundred and twenty-eight and
eighty-two hundredths (220.82) feet; thence north,, twenty-four`
degrees, four (4) minutes and thirty (30) seconds west, four hundrea' .
