J ** This correction deed is intended to correct two prior deeds in which John Byrnes was,
erroneously listed as a trustee of the Ram Bam Nominee Trust, to wit: the prior deed of
record dated February 5, 2019 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on April
24, 2019 in Liber D00013009 at Page 631, and also in`the prior deed of record dated June 18,
2019 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 10, 200 in Liber D00013018 at
Page 943. Specifically,correction deed is intended to identify the correct trustees of the Ram
Bam Nominee Trust in the party of the second part of said deed dated February 5, 2019 and
in the party of the second part in said deed dated June 18, 2019, and to reflect that all
interested parties convey all of their respective right, title, and interest in the subject
premises to Richard Byrnes,Andrew Alit,and Michael McDyer, as Trustees of the Ram Bam

Nominee Trust, and to clarify that Richard Byrnes, Andrew Alit, and Michael McDyer, as
Trustees of the Ram Bam Nominee Trust is the sole owner of the subject premises."
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants as follows: that said party of the first part is seized of the
said premises in fee simple, and has good right to convey the same, that the party of the second
part shall quietly enjoy the said premises; that the said premises are free from encumbrances,
except as aforesaid; that the party of the first part will execute or procure any further necessary
assurance of the title to said premises; and that said party of the first part will forever warrant the
title to said premises.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed
as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Laurel, Southold Town, Suffolk County,New York, and being a portion Lot
No. 1 and No. 2 on a certain map entitled"Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation, Laurel,
Long Island,New York, Dudley Park", made and surveyed in May 1927 by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor,
Riverhead,New York, and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office September 17, 1928 under Map No.
212 and being bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a monument set at the point of intersection of the southerly line of Peconic Bay
Boulevard and the westerly line of lands now or formerly of E.D. Bushnell; and
RUNNING THENCE South 17 degrees 20 minutes East along said lands of E.D. Bushnell, 526.22 feet
through a monument to a tic line and Peconic Bay;
