a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot ond of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving 0 detailed description of layout of property must be drown on the diagram which is port of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be com menced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue 0 Building Permit to the opplicant. Such
permit sholl be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building sholl be occupied or used in whole or in port for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
sholl have been granted by the Building Inspector.

the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, a public hearing will be held at the Town Clerk'
office, Main Street, Southold, N.Y. on Gotober 3+,1957 at 7:30 PM
(prevailing time) upon the application of Albert Masters for a
variance from the building Zone Ordinance, Article II, section
202. Also recognition of right of way, Section 280-a, Town Law.
This property located on a private road, west side of Peconic
Bay Blvd. Mattituck, N.Y.
Any person desireing to be heard on the above application
should appear at the time and place above specified.

Gentlemen;
The attached application for a change of zone is not too
specific and clear, it was received too late this morning to get it
done over. This letter is an attempt to speed up this matter.
This change of zone is necessary so that Mr. Masters can
enlarge his garage building. He has a non-conforming business on
Peconic Bay Bulevard, Mattituck, (Laurel school district) and it
is not legal to expand or improve buildings on non-conforming business
property, Article X, sect&onl007, and provisions of Town Law.
I have denied a building permit on these grounds, the application
for said permit is on file in my office.
