To the best of my knowledge and at the time of a visible inspection the structure appears sound with no visible signs of defects. Some additional work was performed to make the guard rail 36" high, the space between the risers to the stair less than 4", the space between the balusters less than 4", hurricane clips from the joists to the girder and hold down straps from the girder to the columns and the columns to the footings. As with all decks continuous inspections should be performed at a minimum yearly by the owner to make sure that there is no deterioration of the structure. I trust that everything is in order.
