TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads

RUNNING THENCE along said Ocean View Avenue line North 45 degrees 07 minutes 20
seconds East, 29.68 feet to the southwesterly line of a private road;
THENCE along said private road line South 46 degrees 27 minutes East, 220.00 feet to
land now or formerly of Lucinda Herrick and Gunther Strothe;
THENCE along said lands South 79 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West, 380.14 feet to
land now or formerly of Russell E. Planitzer;
