In 1944 I purohasecJ Lot 16 on a map entitled II Peoonio Bay Pro-
perties Ino. situate on Nassau Point, Peoonio, Town of Southold, N.Y.
and filed in the County Clerk's Offioe in 1931. This area is looally
known as Fisherman's Beaoh.
All lots on this map have a 75 foot frontage on the water exoept
the encJ 10 ts.
To date there have been 12 lots individually developed each on a
75 foot ~ lot and the unimprovecJ lots are ~ largely owned by in-
dividual parties except three ownershave since acquired lots ad-
jourin~ their property as an investment.
1 request a variance to the Zoning Ordinance allowing me to
aell l.ot 16, desoribed above, for immediate development, a right
denied me by the passage of the Zoning Ordinance. I believe this
would be within the spirit of the Ordina.nce and would not change
the charaoter of the district.
