At the request of Victor I,es$ard~ Executive Adminis- trator' of the B~ilding Departmen~ on ~arch 31, 1983, I went to Jons Flower 8hop a Greenhouses, Iocated!mt 1150 Sound Avenue, Mattitmck, New York, to inspect ~he premises to see if Pred P. Jens and Jean C. Jens, d/b/a Jen9 Flower Shop & Greenhouses were selling agrie~ltural a~d nursery p~oducts not primarily grown on their premises which is located in an "A Residential and Agricultural District". Whi~ on th~ aforesaid promises on March 31, 1983, I purchased t~e following items: (a) One {1) white stuffed bunny; with yellow ears and a p~,nk no~e and gold colored han~or ~anufa~tured by Applause,, Middle~ex, New Jersey (Product of Korea) (b) One (1) brown baske~ with a sticker on the bottom indica~ting the product was made in Heilohq, Jiang, China, I paid the sum of $8.01 ~r the above-mentioned ltems~ $7.47 ~lus $.54 New York ~tate Sa~ee Tax and received a sales receipt fo= same. ~ The above allegations of fac~ are made under direct know- ledge.
