REASON FOR APPEAL

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because There will be no hardship :~f the applicatl0n is
denied, however this division would improve the area by creating
two lots of a larger size than the others An the subdivis~on.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
