The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. SCHNEIDER Sign ~ermits Dear Mr. Schneider~ On April 15, 1965, the Board of Appeals granted the General Wayne Inn permission for the erection of two signs, setting up certain conditions. The sign now located on the property of Antone Surozenski, located south side Main Road, Southo~d, was to be a two foot by three foot sign. However,a four foot by ~x foot sign was erected at this site and to data is still there. The second sign in question is located at the intersection of Bayview Road and Route 25, Southold. For the erection of this sign the permission of Southold Bayview Corporation, owner of the property, was to be obtained. However, no such letter of permission has ~ver reached our office, and this sign has been erected. The Building Inspector also informs us thaa the fee for both of these signs has never]~eln paid. Therefore, both signs have been illegally erected. Zt will be necessary for these signs to comply with the Zoning Ordinance and sign requirements immediately, or their removal will be ordered.
