The sign no~ located on the property of Antone Surozenski, located south side Main Road, Southo~d, was to be a two foot by three foot sign. However,a four foot by six foot sign was erected at this site and to date is still there. The second sign in question is located at the intersection of Bayview Road and Route 25, Southold. Fo= the erection of this sign the pez~aiasion of Southold Bayview Corporation, owner of the property, was to be obtained. However, no such letter of permission has ~ver reached our office, and this sign has been erected. The Building Inspector also informs us that the fee for both of these signs has nev~r~elfl paid. ~nerefore, both signs have been illegally erected. It will be necessary for these signs to comply with the Zoning Ordinance and sign requirements Immediately, or their removal will be ordered.
