We, the undersigned, residents of Salt Lake Village and Rochelle
Place,Mattituck, New York, do object to the application of Robert A.
Leighton for permission to convert a one family dwelling into a Wo
family dwelling. This isstrictly a one family residence community. The
creation of a ~wo family exception would not be in keeping with the
character or spirit of the community and no useful purpose would be
served. We further believe the property to be undersized, non con-
forming, with inadequate yard space, and with inadequate floor and
garage space. We respectfully u~ge the Board of Appeals to deny the
application.
