a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work cbvered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building sh.a:ll be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficultiesorunneces-
sary HARDSHIPbecausel T~ais property backs up toL. L~ound~ az~d the
location o£ the house is closer to the sound than the road thgrefore
the only place to locate the proposed garage is in the present front
yard area.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because THiS is a waterfront lot~ and some
other properties already do have accessory buildin~ss irt their £ront
y~rd area~
3. The Variance wou~d observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
