1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficultiesorunneces-
saryHARDSHIPbecause : the requirement of the previous action m~ces a practical
difficulty in that the corner of the building is so sharp as to make
it practica!p useless, The requested change in the sideline requirement
of 3ft minim~ to 4ft in the front of the building and lft from the
line at the rear of the buildin~ will overcome this di£ficulty~
2, The hardship created, is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because: otherproperties in area are
now built up
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: th, is is itl a business zone~ and is the
