I am requesting a permit to erect my permitted ground sign in the proper location but with the longest dimension vertical instead of hor,~zontal in order to get visibility above the sign on the adjoining property and be clear of the trees on the adjoini~31ot and still be visible to the traveling public eastbound on the main road.
