c. The work covered by this application may not'be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.

THE SPECIAL EXCePTiON .IS P~EQIYEST~D ~ECAUSE : The angle of the road and
property- line combined ~ith the trees and a non-conforming groumd sign
on the adjoining property block the vision of the only usable ground
area for my permitted ground sign.
I am requesting a permit to erect my permitted ground sign in
the proper location but with the longest dimension vertical instead of
hor,~zontal in order to get visibility above the sign on the adjoining
property and be clear of the trees on the adjoini~31ot and still be
visible to the traveling public eastbound on the main road.
The sign is less in total squar~ foot area than is permitted
for an "onpremises" business sign~ but must have additional hei~
to fulfil: it's purpose.
