Hi David,
I am reviewing your application for a proposed deer fence. What you have provided is sufficient for the issuance of a
building permit, however, I believe Pebble Beach Farms HOA does not allow for fencing higher than 4'. 1 can release the
building permit, but be aware that before you install the fence you should check with the homeowner's association to
ensure this is allowed.
