STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP becau~:
There are other lots and buildings of similar type and use in this
immediate area.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because: Th±s all the available land in
block.
3. The Variance would obse~e the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT bec,duse: This property is surrounded by sub standard
size lots and is primarily a summer rasort area.
