Dear Mr. Jarski:
This letter is being sent in response to the inspection remarks dated November 4, 2020
concerning the use of the existing barn located at the above-referenced property,
In regard to the requirement for a building permit for alteration of space into office space, the
current use, and continued use of the barn is for equipment storage related to the operations of
the golf course as well as storage of the irrigation system and computerized controls. There are
no plans to alter the space to accommodate an office.
Furthermore,the existing shed located along the east side of the parking lot belongs to the
Greenport High School golf team. They have been notified and are in the process of having the
shed removed.

For the golf course I went over the files with John.The 3 items they need to take care of are:
1. Remove the shed
2. Trailer permit from the Town Clerk
3. This one we did not discuss the other day—a building permit is needed for the office in the barn.
Once all of these items have been taken care of the Pre CO's can be issued.
