the appr~imate four acres of meadow land as
shown upi the enclosed maps.
it is my ntention to take out of Corey's
Creek th~necessary fill for this project--
the fill o be pumped or otherwise removed
from the~reek bed ~d placed upon the meadow
land~ I~is assumed by the engineers who will
do this ork that it will require 25~000 cubic
yards or,ill.
After t~ land has been filled, it is proposed
to dispos of it in sub-divisions that will re-
turn themeadow land to the tax rolls of the
t 0%~ ~
