Dear Mr. Zaleski:
The Trustees reviewed the site plan for the subdivision
referenced above and conducted an inspection of the subject
premises on January 16, 1986.
The Board has determined that a new site plan of the
proposed dwellings will be necessary before a final site
inspection is made to ascertain whether the Trustees do have
jurisdiction in regard to this matter. Please furnish this
office with six copies of the site'plan requested.
Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly
appreciated, as we would like to expedite this determination
for you, at the earliest possible date. If you should have
any questions, or need additional information, please do not
