At its meeting held Tuesday, July 21, 1992 the CAC made the follow- ing recom~mendations: On a motion by Stephen Angel!, seconded by Rober~ Keith¢ it was RESOLVED to recom~e.~nd to the Southold Trustees .ap~rpvai_ with a with stiDu~ations of th~ Wetland Application of L_iqda.~ 53-2-2 to construct a 24~ x 33' sin:lc story r~taii marine an'tique and gift shop with access driveway and parking.?~ ONLY AFTER there is independent approval as approrpiate to the site by the Plannin~ Board and ZBA will the CAC recoma~]end approval of the project as environmentally sound with the following stipulations: that ther~ continually be a natural vegetative buffer maintained and !eft it a natural stater and that no chemicals be permitted for storage or use on the site~ .'68320 Route 25, Greenpqrt' Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. The Council suggests t.he Trustees study this issue for long term view~ Bridge Lane~ Cutchogue Vote of Council~ Ayes: All Motion carried~ On a motion by Robert Keith~ seconded by Stephen An~eil, it was RESOVLED to reco~mend to the Southoid Town Trustees a~proval of Wetland Application of ~o~ Helies 123-8-2S.3 to construct a timber dock, Park Drive Ext~ Mattituck Vote of Council: Ayes: Ail Motion carried. The application of Rona!d Winkler 78-2LIi to construct a single family dwelling was TABLED. The Council was unable to inspect the property due to heavy growth. .Applicant should stake the property and submi% better pians~ 3135 Main Bayview Road~ Southotd The revised application of Lawrence Huke for a house was TABLED for a reinspection. .~ Westphalia Road~ Mattituck The CAC recommends approval of the Waiver Request of E~M. Davidson for a temporary shed. There is no problem with the environmental aspects of the project~ however, the Council questions the status of the petition - does the project have the property owners approval?
