Dear Mrs. Young:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
their regular meeting held on October 29, 1987 regarding your request to
register your groins and retaining wall.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees approve the request made by
Mrs. Ray I. Young to rec6nstruct two low profile groins in place and extending
from the bulkhead to the LWM and to revegetate with Spartina alterniflora.
Property is located on Hobart Road, Southold.
Please be advised that you should check with the other agencies to
be sure that no additional permits are required for this project prior to its
commen cement.
