DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION OF AMENDMENT TO PERMIT Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town 'Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Amendment to permit of DENNIS KEDJIERSKI 53-5-12.2 to amend permit to meet conditions to issuance of DEC permit. 1. Replace the existing 4u~. x 10' solid filled pier with a L~4' x 6' open piling pier and a u~0' x 5' floating dock. 2. Due to concern about runoff, remove existing concrete from the property and replace with a ground level timber deck connecting the house to the pier.
