RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the request made by Claire L. Woolley for a waiver of the Wetland Ordinance to add 11' on to the rear of an existing residence on property located on a r.o.w, off Main Bayview Road, Southold. Please remit the required $25.00 fee for this waiver at this time. Kindly return to the Building Dept. for a determination on the need of any other town permits that may be required for this project.
