Dear Mr'. Saxtein:
Please be advised that the Town Trustees do not have
jurisdiction in regard to this matter, whereas after an on-site
inspection was conducted by the Trustees, it was found that the
work was behind a dune. No permit or recommendation is needed
from this office.
We suggest that you check with the Highway Dept. in regard
to this matter.

Dear Mr. Kujawski:
I represent Mr. and Mrs. Woodard and Mr. and Mrs. Cartwright,
who are the owners of the above-referenced premises. The Cartwrights
and the Woodards have requested permission that the Town Highway
Department extend Second Street in a southerly direction to permit
them to gain access to the right of way which services their property.
My clients have advised me that the Town Trustees have inspected
the subject area on August 18, 1988, and have scheduled a reinspection
on September 22~ 1988, at which time a recommendation will be issued
by your Board.
Please be kind enough to let me know if you need any additional
informaton or if you wish to have either Mr. Cartwright, Mr. Woodard
or myself present on September 22, 1988 for the inspection of the
premises. Please also be kind enough to forward to me a copy of your
Board's decision in this matter.
