Please be advised that the Board of Trustees took the
following action regarding the above captioned matter at
their regular meeting held on March 27, 1986.
Moved by Trustee Bredemeyer seconded by Trustee Goubeaud it was
RESOLVED that Robert & Charlotte Wissman be and hereby are granted
a Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance for the construction of a single
family residence on property located on Gull Pond Lane, Greenport.

received a D.E.C. permit and a permit from the Army Corps of Engineers
for the construction of a bulkhead, copies of said permits are
attached.

Dear Mr. Wtssman:
Your recent request to modify the above permit has been
reviewed pursuant to 6NYCRR, Part 621. It has been determined
that the proposed modifications will not subs~antially change
the scope of the permitted actions or the existing permit
conditions.
Therefore, the permit is amended to authorize:
Placement of 70 cubic yards of upland fill to be trucked
in as backfill.
This letter is an amendment to the original permit and as
such, shall be posted at the Job site.
All other term~ and conditions remain as written in the
origirml pemit.
