Re: Subdivision for Winds Way Building Corp.
Dear Mr. Orlowski:
Pursuant to your request for a determination regarding
the above referenced matter, please be advised that the
Trustees have made a site inspection of the premises and
reviewed the site plan submitted for same 6n January 16, 1986.
The Board has determined that as submitted, the site plan
for the proposal above, will not require a wetland permit.
However, if this plan is amended in any manner, the applicant
will be required to resubmit a new site plan for review and
determination for jurisdiction.
