name plate sign. The Board finds that this sign is used
to identify the people who live on this laxommg private road.
The Board finds that this is helpful toothers 3 € visiting
people along this private road.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfafe
and justice will be served and the legally established or
permitted use of neighborhood propqrt3� and adjoining use
districts will not be permanently or substantially injured
and the, spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
Thxeiore, # was RESOLVED that Marion L. Szymanski,
Strohson Road, Cutchogue, New York, be granted permission to
retain a name plate sign on property located on the corner
of Baldwin Place and Little Neck Road, Cutchogue, New York,
subject to the following conditions:
1. This sign shall be located at least five (5) feet
from any property line.
2. No future name plate shall be larger than the ones
already erected.
3. No future name plate shall be erected any closer than
three (3) feet from ground level.
