The Kenny's Road - Soundview Avenue Area has developed into a fine residential c~?..~mity. The addition of an amuse- merit area certainly would not be an asset to the c~,~ity and would in tt-~, from a traffic and noise standpoint, become a nuisance to its residents. It would appear that a more appropriate location for a place of amusement could be found in the Town of So~thold. To locate one in the midst of a residential c~,~ity would do an injustice to those of us who have made substantial investments in the c~mmunity. I trust that the members of the Zoning Board of Appeals will, in the best interests of the residents of this com- ~Anity, deny the application.
