FORM ZB4
Barbara C. Dittmann, Secretary
l
After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
the appellant requests permission to erect ground signs to denote
the ingress and egress of traffic. The Board finds that there
will be a one way arrow, 12" by 24"; and exit only sign, 18" x 24";
and an entrance sign, 18" x 30". The Board points out that these
signs are necessary for the proper control of traffic usingthe
bank' s facilites.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare
and justice will be served and the legally established or
permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use
districts will not be permanently-or substantially injured and
the spirit of the Ordinance will be' bbsesved. -
