Sign on Main Road, Mattituck, has been up for' several years;
therefore~ reapproval of permit is requested. Letter of consent
from owner, John W. Boutcher, is submitted herewith.
Ground sign on New SuffOlk Road, was located in accordance with
instructions from the County Highway Commissioner. If it is
set back any further, it will lose its effectiveness. Double
sign~ on poles in rear yard, has been up for several years~
and it is the only identification we have for BaY approach.
Wall sign has been up for several years, and we would like to
continue its use.
