According to the information given, and an on-site inspection of
the property, and a survey, the Board of Trustees agreed that
the house is out of the Trustee jurisdiction, under the Wetland
Ordinance under Chapter 97 of the Town Code.
However any activity within the 75 foot area of wetlands, would
require a permit from this office.

At a meeting of the Southoid Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday,
February 26, 1996 the following recommendation was made:

Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by John Hagerty, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the request for a letter of Non-Jurisdiction of ALEXANDER AND CAROLINE
WILLIAMS 90-3-19 for an addition to existing residence.
