Please note that in every case I am able to do all of this work under ~y existing fresh water oermit using only m~teriai from the inside of the dike with no material at all removed from the Salt water side. However, the area at section B-B has a layer of organic soil 16 feet deep over the ~inera! soil and i am afraid if all the material is taken from the fresh water side the entire dike and crane also might become unstable and slide into the canal.
