Dear Ms. Scovazzo,
I am enclosing the surveys and include cross sections show-
ing the oroject o!ans at each location with comoutations for the
total yardage.
Please note that in every case I am able to do all of this
work under ~y existing fresh water oermit using only m~teriai
from the inside of the dike with no material at all removed
from the Salt water side. However, the area at section B-B
has a layer of organic soil 16 feet deep over the ~inera! soil
and i am afraid if all the material is taken from the fresh water
side the entire dike and crane also might become unstable and
slide into the canal.
If ~rou need anything else kindly let me know.
Sincerely yours,
John Wickham

The Department has reviewed the application listed above and has no objection
to the proposal. However, before a permit can be issued, the survey and/or plan
