Dear Mr. Wickham:
Pursuant to your request for a determination on the need
of a Wetland Permit for the repair to your bulkhead, please be
advised that the Bay Constable has conducted an on site inspection
and determined that this work is a repair to the existing structure.
In accordance with Article I, 97-12 (5) no permit is required for
this work.
However, if there is any modification to what was requested,
a new determination will have to be rendered.
