Dear MrS. Russell:
The above referenced tidal wetlands application was de-
livered to your office on December 4, t989.
We wish to modify our request slightly by including the
northerly 20' of the canal to be dredged to a depth of
4' below mean low water as well as dredging out 20' be-
yond the Lockwood and Wickham parcels. The additional
25± cubic yards of spoil will be placed behind the bulk-
heads as backfill.
In addition, please note that' the owners of the Lockwood
and Wickham parcels were transposed.
Please substitute this plan and description for that which
was originally submitted.
By copy of this letter and revised work plan, I am request-
ing other involved agencies to amend the applications
now~ pending before them.
