Joints with etze of fotundation walls as specified on drawings.

apply 2 coats of undiluted waterp~ooflng tar to be spread generouely.
CFALE~T QOAT!NG: on exterior of foundation above grade %." thick of proper

BASE~EIJT FLOOR: earth to be level and tamped well and covered with 4" of
concrete proper constitancy and troweled to a smooth finish.
