STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficulties'orunneces- sary HARDSHIPbecause ~ The proposed change in the right of way location will give better division of the lots on the wat~rfron~ an~[a!i will have the required width and area in excess of the ordinance requirements° 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not s hared~ by all properties alike in: the. immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because, this is a large parcel that will more than meet all existing requirements as map shows. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because . This is re~identia! property and will be used for one residence on each of the proposed _o~s~ and will in no way harm the area.
