New York. I enclose herewith a sketch of
the premises indicating a division thereof
into four lots.
We seek approval of this division
of the property into four lots including
access pursuant to Sec. 280a of the Town
Law and approval of the lots as valid
separate lots under the zoning ordinance
of the Town of Southold.
If such approval cannot be given,
kindly send us application forms to Ehe
Board of Appeals and advise us the amount
of the filing fee.
