?due to my late husband's death on September 17, 1965
I am uzaable to carry ~he burden off both houses and must sell one to
provide for my tivi~g e~penses.

vicinityofthispropertyandinthisusedistrictb,ecause most 0£ the properties in the
area have only one house per lot. Yet on t~e second lot to ~he
west there are nonconforming multiple dwelling umits~

Gentlemen:
I have your notice for a hearing on the above
matter on December 30, 1965 at 7:#5 P.M. I plan to be
away from my office next week and ask that, if you
need my presence, you will be good enough to postpone
the hearing until ~he next time you sit.
I would ask Mrs. Wood to be present on the 30th
except that she is not well and does not drive a car.
It would be some exertion for her to get to the hearing
and she would be obligated to hire someone to convey
her to Southold.
