There is nov room on the Westerly side of the house; There is a"planting" along my northerly line~ cesspools in the middle of my north yard~ a large two foot diamiter tree 6n my easterly line~ and the Coumty is puttim~ in drainage facilities along both nay east and southerly lines. I mNst specify to the County Dept of Public works just where ray Driveway will be locs~ted so ~th~b they can-make 'the -nece~sary"cu_~b cut" in the new curbing to be installed and not to have a "catch basin trao" in the driveway. The proposed additio~ to the house wilt set well back from Pike St and extend just a little beyond the average set!~ack on wickham ave. ~ it will in no ~ay block visibility at the corner or cause any traffic ha~ard~ or change in the charicter of the neighborhood.
