After investigationand inspection the Board finds that
the applicant request permission to retain a wall sign which
projects more than one foot off the face of the building. The
sign in question is approximately one and half feet by three
· m~ and one half feet and will project four feet off the front
of the building. The sign will be overhanging the property of
the applicant. The building which the sign is mounted on sets
back 35 feet from the street property line.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare
and justice will be served and the legally established or
permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use
districts will not be permanently or ~Ubs~a~tSa,l~y. injured and
th~ spiri~ of the Ordinance will be obseryed.

granted bermission to retain an on Pr~mises projecting
wall sign as applied for in the application, to.the~Board
of Appeals on property located on the north side of the
Main Road, Cutchogue, NeWlYOrk, subject to the following
condit~Dns:
1. The sign shall be granted for one (1) year, renewable
annually upon written application to the Board of Appeals.
2. The sign shall be subject to all subsequent changes in
the Southold Town Zoning Ordinance as it applies to signs.
3. The applicant agrees nS to erect a ground sign to
advertise the produce which is advertised on the wall sign
granted in this application.
