a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted'in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout Of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of BUilding Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit t° the applicanf. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficultiesorunneces-
soryHARDSHIPbecause; The north side of my home faces a small private
road recently installed vo serve three existing homes and some
of my property in the rea~ the house on the north of the ~rivate
road has a reduced~y~rd fronting on this recently established road.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties a ike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district beoouse 0]sly 'the property J-~ the
rear of my house and lots on north side of private road can use the
road.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the OMinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because This is residential ~opert~ ~nd
the neighborhood is residentiai~ the attached garage and the accessory
building will not change the charicter of the area.
